Return Policy

Customers are advised to check their orders immediately upon receipt; returns are only considered within 30 days of shipment. Contact customer service referencing “Our Order Number” on your packing slip. When returning merchandise, please follow the shipping regulations listed below. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless the product was shipped in error by Taylor.

Customers outside the U.S. should contact customer service at customerservice@taylortechnologies.com for information about returns.

  1. All items must be returned within 30 days of sale in unused and resalable condition.
  2. RMA number(s) must be clearly marked on the outer packing carton on at least two sides. Customers are responsible for repacking items in their original packaging. If original packaging has been discarded, it is suggested carton(s) be packed in double-walled outer packing carton(s) to protect item(s) from damage during transit.
  3. Physically damaged product will not be accepted.
  4. All items will be inspected to be approved for processing and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise prearranged with Taylor.
